Join our safe and supportive community of like-minded women training together in our beautiful micro-studio to build strength, confidence, resilience, and power!
Choose a monthly membership to suit you and gain access to weekly coached training sessions where you will work on a progressive strength and conditioning movement programme with a healthy dose of pelvic floor love; that is individualised and scaled as needed to allow you to take ownership of YOUR body, YOUR way.

What to expect…

-1, 2 or 3 in person sessions a week giving real time cues and technique, working out with others, and accountability.
-Coached training sessions working on a progressive small group plan that is individualised and scaled as needed to allow you to take ownership of YOUR body, YOUR way.
- Optional “homework” sessions through access to a personalised coaching platform called TrueCoach - via an app so you can track your progress, see what’s planned and have an interactive experience outside of sessions
- Ongoing Support through a private WhatsApp group (optional)
- Ongoing support around training like a woman, women’s health, and a holistic approach to moving our bodies

Upon booking you will be sent a link to complete a pre screen questionnaire which gives me a much better picture of what is happening for you; and a calendar link for a virtual initial consultation to ensure that this programme is right for you
(If for any reason, this programme is not suitable you will be issued with a full refund. Please note that I offer specialized 1:1 support for more complex (pelvic) health issues).
Initial 5 week Course: £70
Monthly membership available thereafter
1 session week £70/4 weekly
2 sessions week/£120 4 weekly
3 sessions week/£170 4 weekly
(Sessions will not run in shorter school holidays so monthly fees will vary/reduce to accommodate this)
