-Learn how your menstrual cycle works, how it affects all elements of your daily life, and how to reclaim your hormonal health.

-Work out why changing hormone levels affect your body throughout your cycle

-Understand how to move your body at different times of the month to achieve optimal well being

    - Find out how to know when to push harder, when to prioritize recovery and how to optimize your performance in each phase of your cycle.

  • Pelvic Floor Graphic - Real. Strong. Women

    PELVIC FLOOR 101

An introduction to your pelvic floor- where is it; what does it do; what happens when it doesn’t work so well; and what we can do about it. And lastly, how your pelvic floor is interconnected with the rest of your body!

Suitable for EVERY WOMAN but particularly for those who might need to reconnect with their pelvic floor or have any questions about pelvic health at whatever life stage they are at.

-How to find and connect with the entire core and pelvic floor system

-Why building strong foundations is key to increasing performance in and outside the gym

-What is/feels right, what is/feels wrong, why women can leak urine, what a prolapse is, what is a tummy gap and what does it all mean in relation to exercise?

-How life challenges can impact core functioning, specifically pregnancy, postnatally and around menopause

-How to see the bigger picture and understand how EVERYTHING is connected

  • Perimeno Graphic - Real. Strong. Women

    PERIMENO WHAT?

What you really need to know about the biggest hormonal transition you'll go through since your teens and understand what type of exercise, when and why, and how it interlinks with our hormone balance.

-What is peri/menopause and why do I need to think about it now?

    -Hormone health

-What does sleep, nutrition, hydration, your story, stress and movement have to do with it?

-Should I be changing how I exercise?

-Learn practical ways to support your body so we don’t crash into Menopause burnt out and depleted!

Training for Gyms & Coaches

Train Like A Woman coaching guidance/training is an integrated approach to women's fitness designed to empower you/your clients with the confidence that comes from having knowledge of your body.

With numerous challenges across a lifetime for women, we have a real opportunity to ask the right questions, know what to do with the information and where to go with it. Women will be much more likely to be open and honest in their experiences and more likely to ask for help, which will keep them training more consistently and achieving their goals with your support.

Suzanne Keatley, Founder/Owner of Fitology Hub, London

“We had such an incredible day with Vicki for our staff training day on all things women's health, strength, hormones and much much more. Vicki is so welcoming, open and easy to work with. She has such incredible knowledge and is able to transform this into meaningful, practical and accessible training for all our staff. We work regularly with Vicki and no two sessions are the same... there is just so much to learn and apply with our members. Thank you Vicki and we can’t wait to see you for our next session.”
